Universal milling and drilling system UFS

With the UFS, all the movements occur in the tool. The clamping range always remains in the same position for the user. With a partition and additional fuse protection it is possible to work on one side and concurrently have a new setup on the other side.

Optional execution with automatic tool changer, double gripper and chain magazine with 30/60 tools (UFS 1000 C).

The UFS is ideal for pendulum milling because it meets the engineering requirements. 

Standard version:
  • Horizontal/vertical milling head with additional rotary axis, which can be swiveled and rotated automatically over the control unit
  • 3-phase drive, servo
  • Work-area housing, electrically interlocked
  • Flat guides (beam guides) in all axes, hardened and ground steel, opposite side plastic-coated
